They decided to increase the price to $575 a month. But never pay by the week. Contractors look for something else. 1 week is $320 plus electric. Not worth it a motel room is cheaper. Not to mention you got police roping off sections of trailers due to a domestic dispute or maybe it was a robbery.

We were FORCED to move from the site we all loved to another one. When told we HAD they never did give us a good reason. Then once at this new site, we have been ganged up upon and now being told here at Christmas time we have to leave. What once used to be a good place is not a good one at all. They do not put anything back into the campground to make it better. There playground is old, no basketball hoops, kids are NOT allowed to ride bikes (owners) banned them as well. Not a kid friendly place any more. They raised the rent 2 years ago and are raising it again. They do not give messages to the owner to call you back if need be. This is not a good place at all. Under aged girls get “cat calls” and NOTHING was done to the man who did them even after being told my parents to stop.

If you don't mind listening to a construction vehicle running constantly, you won't mind trying to sleep. If you don't mind how employees diregard your sleep when they talk at the top of their lungs. If you don't mind being so close to your neighbor you can hear them brush their teeth. Trash removal happens between 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., nice touch, this goes on for 20 minutes.

We liked this place but water pressure is way too low. All the neighbors agreed but owners wont fix it. Industry standard is 50-75 psi with burst set to 75-100 psi. We added a gauge on the hose line to see what it was since it was so low.

When water is being used it drops 15-25 psi .They keep the burst setting at 40 psi. We have an on demand water heater in our RV that requires at least 40 psi minimum to turn on. Makes for the worst shower ever. Owners claimed raising it to the standard would blow out their pipes. Pipes are down rated at 150 psi. They can handle bursts much higher than 150. If they're really having blowouts this means they have the dumbest most incompetent plumber ever.

Great place to relax, go to the pool and enjoy simple things. Cookout by the fire then go swimming. Good way to love life

Use a golf cart like every other campground in the country. Usually peace and quiet are promoted by management and employees, not here
